What will I do?
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
