Hours: As and when required

Location: Portal and Townhouse, 66 High Street, Irvine, KA12 0AZ

Job Purpose:

  • Present a friendly, helpful and welcoming environment to all customers
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Maintain excellent communications with customers, either face to face, by telephone or in writing
  • Accurately process and record all income received from customers
  • To undertake reception duties including admissions, membership sales, bookings and general enquiries

You Must Have:

  • Be computer literate and ideally familiar with Gladstone MRM booking system
  • Have good customer service skills
