Summary
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A GENERAL PRACTICE AND ARE PROFICIENT IN USING EMIS WEB SOFTWARE. Prior experience working in a General Practicesetting is essential. Confidence and proficiency in using theEMIS clinical systemis essential. Provide skilled nursing care and advice to patients, including chronic disease management (e.g., asthma, diabetes, hypertension) Conduct health screenings and immunisations (childhood and adult vaccinations) Perform cervical smears and participate in the cervical screening programme. Offer health promotion and lifestyle advice (e.g., smoking cessation, weight management). Support and participate in Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) achievement. Work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other team members to deliver integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records following practice policies and protocols. Oversee Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measures throughout the surgery, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
