Job Title: Demolition Estimator

Location: BA3 (Office Based with Site Visits as Required)

About the Role

As a Demolition Estimator, you'll play a key role in securing exciting new projects across the region. Whether you're already experienced or looking to build a career in the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates for demolition and enabling works.
  • Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and site conditions.
  • Liaising directly with clients and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Attending pre-tender site visits and meetings.
  • Working with operational teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Supporting the commercial team with pricing strategies and bid submissions.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Personable and confident in face-to-face client interactions.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and commercially aware.
  • Able to interpret technical documents and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in demolition, construction, or estimating.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, or temporary works.
