Job Title: Demolition Estimator
Location: BA3 (Office Based with Site Visits as Required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates for demolition and enabling works.
- Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and site conditions.
- Liaising directly with clients and maintaining strong relationships.
- Attending pre-tender site visits and meetings.
- Working with operational teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Supporting the commercial team with pricing strategies and bid submissions.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Personable and confident in face-to-face client interactions.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ambitious, proactive, and commercially aware.
- Able to interpret technical documents and work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in demolition, construction, or estimating.
- Knowledge of health & safety, or temporary works.
