Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced retail shop manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations at the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff and inventory, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As the Retail Shop Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating a positive atmosphere that aligns with the company's commitment to convenience and quality.
Main duties include:
• Monitor stock levels and ensure that popular products are consistently available.
• Delegate tasks effectively to the team.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Manage restocking processes to ensure shelves remain full and tidy.
• Assist the management in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Work with suppliers to arrange display materials and in-store marketing.
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in retail management or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good understanding of inventory management and best customer service practices.
