We are seeking a proactive and experienced retail shop manager to join our team. As the Retail Shop Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating a positive atmosphere that aligns with the company's commitment to convenience and quality.
Main duties include:
• Monitor stock levels and ensure that popular products are consistently available.
• Delegate tasks effectively to the team.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Manage restocking processes to ensure shelves remain full and tidy.
• Assist the management in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Work with suppliers to arrange display materials and in-store marketing.
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in retail management or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good understanding of inventory management and best customer service practices.
