Overview

Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Drive clients to appointments or social engagements when necessary.
Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to relevant parties.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
Experience
Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and their families.
Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records and communication is beneficial.
A valid driving licence is required to facilitate transportation for clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
