We’re looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support our service users in the Bedford region (MK43). You’ll work in a dynamic and fulfilling environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Role Responsibilities
As a healthcare assistant in this package of care you will:
Support patients with their physical care needs, including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
Deliver person-centered care according to individual bespoke care plans.
Promote independence and respect each patient’s spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.
Maintain accurate care records.
Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.
Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
Personal Attributes
The successful applicant in this role will be:
Reliable and committed.
Dedicated and flexible.
A good communicator skills including verbal and written.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Passionate, dedicated, and empathetic.
A driving licence is preferred for this role.
Experience is not essential for this position but transferable skills will be important.
