Full-Time Care Assistant – URGENT | Farnham & Surrounding Areas
Right at Home Farnham is urgently recruiting full-time Care Assistants to support clients across Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Wrecclesham and nearby areas.
We are looking for reliable, compassionate people who want to provide high-quality, unhurried care. Candidates on the DBS Update Service are strongly preferred.
What We Offer
£14.50 – £16.40 per hour (experience dependent)
Mileage paid at 45p per mile
Flexible shift patterns
Minimum 1-hour visits – no rushed care

What You Need
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Able to work a mixture of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
Live within 20 minutes of Farnham
Right to work in the UK
Caring, reliable and professional
Preferably on the DBS Update Service
No previous experience is necessary — full training is provided.

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with medication, meal preparation and household tasks
Promote client independence and wellbeing
Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
