Job Role: Level 3 or above Nursery Practitioner

We’re looking for two warm, reliable, and motivated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team. You’ll help create a joyful, nurturing atmosphere where children can learn, play, and flourish.


Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire learning

Observe, assess, and record children’s progress through detailed learning journals

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times

Build positive, trusting relationships with parents and carers

Reflect Biblical values such as kindness, patience, and integrity in your daily work

Collaborate with your team to create a fun and uplifting environment

Attend training and staff meetings, contributing to the nursery’s continuous improvement


What We’re Looking For

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years or above

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a nursery or early years setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature

Willingness to uphold Biblical values in daily nursery life

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Hours: 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - (some part-time positions maybe be available)

Desirable (but not essential):
Paediatric First Aid qualification

Food Safety Level 2 (or above)

Basic Safeguarding training
