We are currently looking for caring and resilient Support Workers to join our therapeutic residential children’s homes in Cannock. Our homes provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young people feel safe, supported, and heard. You’ll build trusting relationships, provide day-to-day care, and support the young people with routines, education, activities, and emotional well-being. Working as part of a consistent and child-focused team, your presence and care will help promote healing, stability, and positive outcomes.
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and emotionally resilient. You should be confident working with young people who may display challenging behaviour and have experienced trauma. Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting is desirable, but not essential, we offer full training and support to help you succeed. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is preferred, or a willingness to work towards it. A full UK driving licence is highly desirable.
In return, we offer a competitive salary with sleep-in payments, regular supervision, full training, and clear opportunities for career development. You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team that truly makes a difference in the lives of children and young people.
If you are ready to take on a rewarding role where you can help shape a child’s future, we’d love to hear from you.
