Summary

We are looking for a caring, reliable and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team and help create a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience for our children.
About the roleThe successful candidate will:Supervise and support children during the lunchtime period, both in the hall and outside.Help create a calm, welcoming environment where children can enjoy their lunch safely.Encourage positive behaviour, play and cooperation across the playground and field.Build warm, respectful relationships with children, supporting inclusion and wellbeing.Assist with minor first aid (training provided).Work as part of a supportive, friendly team who share responsibility for the safety and welfare of all children.
About youWe are looking for someone who:Is calm, approachable and enjoys working with children.Can build positive relationships and communicate sensitively and clearly.Is confident in maintaining clear expectations and using positive behaviour approaches.Works well as part of a team and can take initiative when needed.Is dependable and committed to supporting our inclusive, nurturing school ethos.
