We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Retail & Sales Team Leader to join our growing team and help drive success during our busiest season.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll lead by example—motivating your team, delivering exceptional service, and creating a 5-star experience for every customer.
On a busy weekend, you could be managing the shop floor, hosting large groups, and ensuring smooth operations for over 500 customers.

What You’ll Do
• Lead & Motivate: Manage a team of up to 10, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are smashed.
• Deliver WOW Service: Be the first point of contact for customers, hosting and creating memorable experiences.
• Drive Sales: Use your charisma and expertise to lead from the front and close sales.
• Manage Operations: Oversee shop floor efficiency, handle customer queries, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and coach your team to achieve their full potential.
• Get Involved: Opportunities to represent the company at events and collaborate with marketing on exciting projects.
