Summary
To co-ordinate personal care and nursing care to our Residents in line with the core valuesand values framework of the Home ensuring these are utilised at all times and to ensure thatsuch care is delivered in line with the Residents individual care plan which reflects currentneeds. To ensure scope of practice is in line with the Homes policies and procedures and the NMCCode of Conduct. To work within the operating framework of the Home with regards to the job level ensuringthat all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
