Food Production Operative (Shellfish & Pork Products)
Location: Redditch
Salary: £12.21/hour + £6.50 shift bonus (for PM shift)
Hours Available:
• 06:00 – 18:00
• 16:00 – 02:00 (£6.50 bonus per shift – own transport required)
Start dates from 15th December – limited spaces!
Weekly inductions – 1 hour at Workforce Redditch (booking required).

What We’re Looking For
To apply, you must:
• Speak and understand basic English
• Be confident using scales, counting, and handling ingredients
• Be willing to work with shellfish and pork
• Be reliable, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately mix ingredients following written instructions
• Manual handling of ingredients and raw materials
• Safely operate production machinery
• Correctly label products
• Maintain excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Carry out quality checks throughout the shift
• Support your team and work to deadlines
