Summary
Professional & Educational Duties Adhere to HCPC/NMC Code of Conduct and regulatory standards Maintain professional registration and complete mandatory training Participate in supervision and reviews including competency assessments Engage in audits, research, and teaching activities ACP-Specific Requirements Perform advanced clinical assessments in routine and urgent care settings Hold Independent Prescribing qualification and maintain it Demonstrate confidence in autonomous decision-making and complex case management Utilise advanced skills in diagnostics, prescribing, and patient management Additional Duties Ensure safety of patients, staff, and visitors; report incidents and risks Safeguard vulnerable patients and follow protocols Comply with practice policies including confidentiality, infection control, and equality Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning
