Summary
Neway International have a vacancy for a Lifeline and Out of Hours Operator to join our client based with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council
Location: Ty Elai
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lifeline and Out of Hours Operator to join Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council on a short-term assignment. This role is vital in supporting vulnerable residents and ensuring the smooth delivery of Lifeline and Telecare services, as well as responding to Council emergencies outside of normal working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to Lifeline clients and Council Out of Hours emergencies, providing reassurance and escalating to responders where required.
Undertake proactive wellbeing calls to individuals, supporting a preventative approach to care.
Work closely with social care assessment and installation teams to deliver and promote Lifeline and Telecare services.
Handle Council Out of Hours emergencies in line with agreed processes and procedures.
Operate within a 24-hour shift pattern, ensuring resilient coverage across weekends and bank holidays.
Shift Example: Sunday 23/11/2025, 06:00 – 14:00
