Nursery Room Leader (Level 3)
Salary: From £30,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Our client’s nursery offers a home-from-home atmosphere, with different rooms tailored to various age groups, ensuring personalised care and learning for every child. There is an all-seasons outdoor play area, where children can explore, learn, and grow in nature throughout the year. We are looking for an Experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our client’s dedicated team and lead the way in delivering exceptional childcare and education.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Proven experience in a Nursery Room Leader or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team within your room, ensuring that children are given the best start in life through quality care and education.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach.
