Summary

Our client, a highly regarded educational institution in Coventry, West Midlands, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience of our students and contributing to the overall success of the school.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide essential support in the classroom. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Working with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and guidance
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
- Creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Supporting the development of students' social skills and promoting positive behaviour
- Participating in extracurricular activities and school events as required

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
- A passion for working with children and fostering their academic and personal growth
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges
