The Role
As the Warranty Manager, you will take responsibility for the full warranty process across the business. You will ensure accurate claim submissions, maintain compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and build strong relationships with internal teams, dealers, and manufacturers. This is a hands-on role where your decisions directly influence financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end warranty process, ensuring accurate and timely claims
- Maintain full compliance with manufacturer and internal warranty procedures
- Act as the main contact for warranty queries
- Lead, train, and develop a new team
- Analyse warranty data to identify issues and implement improvements
- Ensure claims are processed correctly and paid promptly
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a manager in an automotive or commercial vehicle environment
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and compliance
- Confidence to lead a new team and establish new ways of working
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
