Lighthouse Social is a new riverside bar and kitchen located on Fulham Pier and operated by Sodexo Live!. We deliver a relaxed but high quality dining experience with a focus on fresh seasonal ingredients and excellent service.
We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role supports the Sous and Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high quality dishes across brunch, lunch and dinner services.
Key responsibilitiesPrepare, cook and present dishes to a consistent standard
Support daily preparation, service and menu delivery
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety and organisation
Work collaboratively with colleagues in both kitchen and front of house teams
Uphold Sodexo Live! standards relating to quality, safety and sustainability
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis looking to progress
Passion for fresh food with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a busy service environment
Strong communication skills and a positive team approach
£18 per hour including Tronc
Fresh meals provided during shift
