Summary
The Best Connection Group - Manchester are currently recruiting a Production operative / Cabinet Maker with an excellent attention to detail who is motivated and a hands-on individual for our client who is a market leader in the industry
Hours
· Monday to Friday
· Monday - Thursday 7:00/8:00 am - 15:30/16:30pm
· 1 hour break (30 Min paid / 30 min unpaid)
· Friday
· 7:00/8:00AM - 13:30/14:30
· 30 minutes paid

About the Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in our manufacturing process. You'll support essential warehousing and assembly operations, ensuring that production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a positive attitude are just as important as experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Goods in/out operations
· Unpacking and preparing materials for assembly
· Perform visual quality inspections on parts
· Assembly of products
· Perform acoustic testing
· Carry out final inspections and pack finished goods
· Always follow health & safety guidelines
· Maintain accurate production records and data entry when required
· Working with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards
The Ideal Candidate
· A positive, proactive work ethic - "can do" approach
· Excellent attention to detail
· Experience using basic tools (e.g., battery drills, screwdrivers, socket ratchets)
· Basic soldering experience (simple wire-to-tag work)
· Good physical fitness - ability to lift/tilt/flip components weighing 20-50kg
· Basic PC literacy for data entry and simple processes
· Excellent communication skills as dealing with various customers and internal teams is an essential part of the day
· Ideally have experience in sound board / lighting board assembly
