Summary
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them thrive in the classroom? At Hays Education, we're looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our growing team across South Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs).
- A patient, empathetic and proactive approach to learning support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Ideally, a relevant qualification (Level 2/Level 3) or prior classroom experience.
