Summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Estates Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is paid on the Support Staff Pay Scale, Points 23 - 26 (£41,019 - £44,203 per annum).
We are seeking an individual to successfully manage a team of staff as well as the challenges of managing the needs of a large educational establishment. The postholder will work closely with the Vice Principal Finance and Resources to ensure the College is maintained to a high standard and that all who work and use the buildings do so in a safe environment. The postholder will therefore be expected to be proactive in approach and lead by example. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage an interesting estate and facilities service in a highly regarded educational institution.
