Summary
About the role
Housing Services are looking for three qualified and experienced Building Surveyors to work within its Repairs and Maintenance team.
The role is to carry out comprehensive in-house technical surveying and inspection relating to repairs, maintenance and refurbishment.
You will need experience of surveying domestic properties, contract management and of management of property related projects
A technical expert with excellent communication skills you will collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure the housing stock and public buildings are maintained in a reasonable state of repair through robust property inspections and the specifying of effective and efficient remedial works and investment
