Position Details:
- Contract Type:Permanent
- Hours:20-50 hours per week (flexible)
- Shifts:Flexible rota including alternate weekend cover
- Location:Stockport and surrounding areas (SK1 to SK8)
- Start Date:As soon as possible

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes (washing, dressing, medication prompts, mobility assistance).
- Assist with meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and shopping as required.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individualised care plans to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate care records and promptly report any concerns.
- Drive between client visits across Stockport and nearby areas, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
- Uphold the company's values, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies at all times.
Requirements:
Essential:
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to work alternate weekends
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to high standards of care
Desirable:
- Previous care experience (not essential - full training provided)
- Knowledge of the Stockport area and surrounding communities
Typical Shift Patterns:
- Mornings: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Evenings: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
- Flexible split shifts possible
