The Role:
As Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
• Leading the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across the division.
• Overseeing new contract mobilisations from tender to delivery.
• Managing P&L and ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring a large team of operational managers and supervisors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Driving process improvements and aligning operational activities with company strategy.

• Proven experience in service delivery and managing large, remote teams.
• Strong P&L management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with leadership, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
