Summary

EH&S Coordinator
Location: Redditch
Contract: 6-Month rolling contract
Rate: Competitive

Are you passionate about creating a safe and sustainable workplace? We're looking for an EH&S Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving health, safety, and environmental excellence across our operations.

What You'll Do
* Support the EHS Manager in analyzing trends and implementing solutions for safety, environment, sustainability, and ergonomics.
* Maintain and continually improve the EHS Management System (EHSMS).
* Coordinate incident management, including reporting and investigating accidents, near misses, and hazards.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspections to identify improvement opportunities.
* Promote a positive safety culture and share best practices across the business.
* Facilitate monthly EHS Committee meetings and lead safety campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
* Assist in emergency response planning and maintain health, safety, and environmental improvement plans.

What We're Looking For
* Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and engage at all levels.
* Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
* Experience with investigation tools and techniques.
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications
* Required: NEBOSH General Certificate, ISO 14001 & 45001 internal auditor qualification.
* Preferred: ISO 14001 & 45001 Lead Auditor, IMEA or NEBOSH Environmental.
