Summary

Are you an experienced warehouse operative looking for a role where your skills make a real impact? Our client, a busy and well-organized warehouse operation, is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Machine Operative to join their team. This is a 12-week temporary-to-permanent role with strong potential for long-term career growth.

You will be a key part of the warehouse team, responsible for:

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts (accredited licences required)
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Moving stock around the warehouse and ensuring accurate storage
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift:

• Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Valid, accredited Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
