Summary

Contract Officer (Property) (£45,440 per annum, full-time, hybrid)Job RoleWe are looking for a Contract Officer to co-ordinate the day to day running of the planned servicing and maintenance contracts. The work will generally involve the following work streams: grounds maintenance; play parks; general and window cleaning; water management; mansafe systems; door entry; roofing; and pest control, although these are subject to change in relation to requirements.You will be responsible for managing the performance and delivery to the required contract specification. Reporting to the senior contract manager you will help shape the services offered to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.With a good understanding of repairs or planned work, you will be responsible for identifying trends, monitoring customer contacts and tasks, processing works orders to completion and managing payments. Knowledge and experience of managing projects would be of benefit.Confident and calm, you will be able to present your reports and findings to the senior contract manager. You will also be expected to chair and manage operational meetings with clear outcomes to support the Governance of the partnerships.You will also be someone with outstanding IT skills, attention to detail and experience in either housing, construction or project management.About UsAt West Kent we’re passionate about the role a housing association can play in society and believe the values of an organisation are what makes it special.
