Summary
Nights Support Worker
Up to 40hrs per week available.
£12.36 per hour (£25,708.80 per annum)
Service : Cornerstones Palmarium
Palmarium is a specialist residential home for adults with learning disabilities who may also have complex needs, autistic people, or people who need a comprehensive package of specialist, highly trained support with physical needs and activities of daily living.

The support worker role is exciting and varied that will include:
- Provide quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals goals and ambitions.
- Provide person-centred support
- Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
- Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives!
