Summary

Marketing and Admissions Assistant

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you organised and detail-oriented, with a creative flair? We're looking for a Marketing and Admissions Assistant who can help drive the recruitment of learners to the college, and deliver admissions services from assessment of applications to enrolment of learners.


In this role, you will:

* Provide a customer focused and responsive service to support applicants.
* Help create internal and external communications and produce engaging social media content.
* Provide advice and guidance to students when required.
* Work as a flexible and effective member of the administration team, including supporting with College Open Evenings and Events.
* Update website content and college marketing literature.
* To lead on the processing of student applications and offers in a timely and efficient manner using the College's application and marketing systems.


What we're looking for:


* Commitment to delivering excellent customer services
* Excellent communication, and organisational, skills.
* Knowledge of a variety of social media channels.
* Knowledge of current education pathways, including T-Levels and apprenticeships.
* Experience of copy writing and proofreading.
* A collaborative, proactive, and student-focused approach.
