Summary
This post is at registrar level, and successful candidate will be expected to have completed foundation training, have 2 years post foundation experience in acute specialties in the NHS and to be competent to work with indirect supervision within the intensive care unit. Prior experience in intensive care is required. The primary purpose of this post is to develop, deliver and evaluate classroom and workplace based resources to complement the Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice. The post holder must hold a formal teaching qualification, have experience of teaching trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) and be familiar with the curriculum and role specific to trainee and qualified ACCPs. The successful candidate will work closely with the medical leads for ACCP, the lead ACCP and collaborate with the higher education institution (HEI) with which the trainee ACCPs will be completing their Masters studies.
