The Role

We're looking for a proactive Talent Coordinator to support recruitment delivery across our Guidant customer portfolio. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth recruitment process, providing excellent administrative support, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and accurate administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and manage communications, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and smooth processes.
  • Support the attraction and selection of candidates to meet client needs.

About You

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as call centres or customer service roles.
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident in stakeholder engagement and building relationships.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
