Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyse project plans, specifications, and requirements
• Submit competitive tenders within deadlines
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to gather pricing and scope details
Qualifications & Requirements
• HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
