Are you the right person for the job?

We’re looking for an experienced and qualified Aviation Training Instructor who can confidently deliver engaging, compliant training at airports and aviation facilities across the UK.

You’ll need to be based in the UK, have a full driving licence and your own vehicle, and be happy to travel frequently — including overnight stays and week-long trips.

Essential (non-negotiable) requirements:

• Certified Instructor Number (CIN)
• At least 2 years of experience delivering Aviation Security courses
• Must hold RFX (Recognition of Firearms and Explosives) qualification
• Experience delivering GSO (Ground Security Operatives) and ideally GSS (Ground Security Supervisors) course
• HBR (Hold Baggage Reconciliation) qualification is desirable
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the UK

What will your role look like?

As an Aviation Training Instructor, you’ll deliver high-quality aviation security training across the UK, ensuring all courses meet regulatory standards and provide an engaging learning experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering aviation security training at airports and client sites across the UK (courses range from 1 to 8 days)
• Assist, where required, in creating training objectives, lesson plans, and supporting materials using PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Managing and maintaining training resources to ensure all materials are current and compliant
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and delegates throughout each course
• Maintaining accurate learner records and feedback documentation
• Representing the company professionally and supporting its strong reputation for quality
• Using digital systems such as SharePoint, email, and Microsoft Office for communication and documentation
