You’ll handle a wide variety of enquiries across all council services by phone, email, and in person, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times. What we offer:
27 – 32 days annual leave (pro rata), depending on length of local government service
All bank holidays off
Local Government Pension Scheme
Free gym membership
Cycle-to-Work scheme and free Beryl Bike rides for staff
Free wellbeing benefits (including lunchtime yoga, flu jabs, and health MOTs)
Employee Assistance Programme
This post is offered on a permanent, part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.30am-2pm (other working pattern could potentially be considered by the manager, such as 3 full days per week, depending on business needs).
If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Closing Date: 10am, Monday 1st December
