Our Gloucestershire House service is home to adults with physical and learning disabilities. It’s a warm, welcoming environment where everyone works together to make daily life easier and more enjoyable. As a Driver, you’ll play a key role in helping people stay connected to their community — from attending appointments to enjoying social outings and everyday activities.

Your working hours

This is a full-time position for 30 hours per week.

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

What you’ll do

• Provide safe, reliable transport for residents, staff, and visitors
• Support individuals to access appointments, activities, and community events
• Carry out daily vehicle checks, ensuring safety and cleanliness
• Maintain accurate records and logs for journeys and maintenance
• Offer a friendly, supportive presence to everyone you transport

• Full, clean UK driving licence

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (helpful, but not essential)
