Bench Joiner – Heritage & Bespoke Workshop (Near Flitwick)
£180–£190 per day whilst temp | Moving onto a salaried, employed role
Mon–Fri | 7:30am–4:00pm
We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a specialist workshop near Flitwick, producing high-quality heritage, bespoke and restoration joinery.
You’ll be involved in a variety of workshop joinery, including windows, doors, staircases, and other bespoke or restoration-style pieces.
What we need from you:
Solid experience with windows and doors (essential)
An appreciation for, and experience in, traditional, heritage and bespoke joinery
Strong workmanship and attention to detail
Motivated, reliable, and keen to take ownership of your work
Willing to assist with pricing work when required
Looking to become a key part of a small, driven team with big results
Pay & Progression:
£180–£190 per day whilst temp
Role moves onto a salaried, employed position after the initial period
Clear progression path, with the long-term aim for you to run the workshop, working directly beneath the Director
