A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Bradford is partnering with KPI Education to recruit a passionate Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant to join their team from November 2025.

The Role

    • Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP 2025
    • Earn up to £560 per week
    • Support children across EYFS, KS1, KS2 and KS3 providing both academic and emotional assistance
    • Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to boost confidence, learning, and wellbeing
    • Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
    • Opportunity to support children with SEN, behavioural, or emotional needs
    • Teacher training pathways available from 2026

    What We're Looking For

      • A 2:1 or higher in Psychology (or a closely related subject)
      • Experience working with children (school-based, volunteering, or youth work) is highly desirable
      • A genuine passion for supporting children's development, particularly in SEN, behaviour support, or child mental health
      • Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to making a positive impact
