For our front of house operation, we are now looking for a Bar & Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor Apprentice Level 3. In this exciting and varied role, you'll develop your skills and gain valuable experience in how to motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service. We're looking for candidates with prior Hospitality experience who want to take the next step in their career into a supervisory role.
Able to work under pressure, you'll learn how to independently supervise the bar and restaurant services and run shifts, ensuring that team members complete their job duties and making sure service stays smooth and standards stay high, you'll keeping things moving and set the tone for the shift.
You will be given full training and complete a nationally recognised qualification working alongside our experienced team.
We are offering a 30-hour contact with flexible hours over a 7-day period (some late shifts may be required).
This job is not 9-5 but has massive rewards and developmental opportunities for the right candidate. On successful completion of the apprenticeship you'll have a strong chance of permanent employment and a long-term opportunity to grow with them, as they always aim to promote from within the company.
We offer a competitive starting salary (depending on experience) and a rising pay scale throughout the apprenticeship.
Entry requirements
Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE Grade 4) is desirable however we can provide Functional Skills as part of your development plan.
Prior experience within the Hospitality sector is required for this career step into a supervisory role.

You will gain a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship Qualification.
Functional Skills in Maths and English if required.
Things to consider
Hospitality roles can be physically demanding with prolonged periods of time on your feet. This is a full time role which will require flexibility with hours over a 7 day period (some late shifts maybe required - please check transport links). Contracted hours will be 30 pw. Candidates must be 17+ due to licensing laws. Start as soon as possible.
