Parts Supervisor – Main Dealer Opportunity (Epsom Area)
Basic £36,000 | OTE £46,000
Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm | Saturdays on rota (8am–1pm, paid as overtime)
Are you an experienced automotive parts professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a respected main dealer in the Epsom area, is looking for a proactive and motivated Parts Supervisor to lead their busy parts department.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising and motivating the parts team to deliver exceptional service
Overseeing daily parts operations and ensuring smooth workflow
Stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Supporting front and back-of-house parts activities
Ensuring departmental targets and service standards are consistently met
Using Kerridge (ADP) system – experience helpful but not essential
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Solid knowledge of parts operations and stock management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Kerridge knowledge is a real advantage
What’s on Offer
£36k basic salary with realistic OTE of £46k
