Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of communal areas
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs
Respond promptly to residents' inquiries and concerns
Report and address any safety hazards or repairs
Assist in the preparation of vacant properties for new residents
Coordinate with maintenance staff for necessary repairs
Support community engagement initiatives and activities
Requirements
Proven experience in property maintenance or caretaking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Willingness to be flexible with working hours as needed
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.19
