Preschool Room Leader - Montessori Nursery, Pinner (HA5)
Salary: £29,500 – £32,500 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (rotating shifts between 7:30am–6pm, includes one half day off weekly)
Location: Pinner, North West London (HA5)

VD Recruitment is delighted to partner with a beautiful Montessori Nursery in Pinner (HA5). We’re recruiting an experienced Preschool Room Leader (2-5's) to inspire young learners and lead a dynamic, caring team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate your preschool room team
Plan fun, educational activities following Montessori and EYFS principles.
Maintain accurate child profiles and support children’s individual development.
Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education (essential).
Montessori qualification or experience – highly desirable.
Experience as a Room Leader in a preschool setting.
Excellent EYFS knowledge and leadership skills.
