Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and forward-thinking Programme Delivery Administrator to join our Asset Management directorate. You will provide essential administrative support to ensure projects run efficiently, from managing documentation and appointments to liaising with contractors and internal teams. With a strong eye for detail and a structured approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the Investment team, including preparing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
* Monitor shared inboxes, using initiative to prioritise and allocate tasks, and respond to basic enquiries from customers and external stakeholders via telephone and email
* Communicate effectively with residents, internal teams, contractors, and consultants to book appointments, provide updates, and support the delivery of programmes
* Track open cases, follow up with surveyors and contractors to ensure progress is maintained, and escalate concerns where necessary
* Raise purchase orders using internal systems and ensure appropriate documentation is in place, working closely with Finance and Procurement
* Provide address lists to contractors and/or consultants to enable initial consultation with residents, and thereafter coordinating responses to queries
* To liaise with the Leasehold team to ensure correct information is provided for s20 consultation purposes, and that appropriate technical information is provided to inform responses
* Liaise with contractors and consultants to issue and collate Post Completion Satisfaction Surveys and support responses to resident feedback for analysis
* Accurately take and distribute meeting minutes, track action points
* Provide wider administrative support to the Asset Management directorate as required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of data and communication
