We’re a delivery and collection-only dark kitchen serving next-level burgers that have built a loyal following across the city. With over 1,100 orders a week, we’re growing fast — and now we’re ready to take things to the next level through partnerships, collaborations, and smart business expansion.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven and creative Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy and expand our market presence. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving the brand’s long-term commercial success.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships, brand collaborations, and local events.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase direct website and collection orders, reducing reliance on delivery platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance, preparing detailed reports for management.
• Represent So Famous at industry events, pop-ups, and partnership meetings to promote the brand.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, ideally within the food, F&B, or hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity and strategic thinking.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
