You'll be joining a professional yet down-to-earth team where quality workmanship is genuinely valued - not rushed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the satisfaction of well-executed servicing rather than constant repair firefighting.

*Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional working environment.
*Work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, plus every other Saturday morning (e.g. 8am-12:30pm).
About You
*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within an independent or multi-brand workshop.
*Confident carrying out all aspects of vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
*Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality work.
*Reliable, organised, and a positive team player.
*Full UK driving licence essential.
What's On Offer
*£32,000 - £38,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
*Monday-Friday hours with every other Saturday morning only.
*Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development.
*Genuine opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking business where your skills are valued and your ideas count.
*Modern, well-equipped workshop with great working conditions.
Why Apply?
If you're looking for a fresh start in a company that believes in quality over quantity - where you'll be respected, supported, and given room to grow - this is the opportunity for you.
