Working pattern: 37 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (start time 7:00am)

The School:

Located in the semi-rural village of Swanwick on the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire border and within easy reach of the M1, Swanwick Hall is an 11-18 school with over 1,000 students situated on a beautiful 23-acre site around a Grade 2 listed Hall.

The role:

The role will require you to ensure all lessons are covered so that student learning and progress is maintained during staff absence. You will be supporting the Deputy Administration Manager with day-to-day administrative and health and safety tasks. You’ll be required to liaise with supply agencies and induct new supply staff to provide guidance and support. Due to the nature of the role, the start time will be 7.00am and we can't provide any flexibility with this.

The person:

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous administration and Microsoft Office experience. The applicant should have experiences working with data and hold highly competent IT skills. The right person for the role will have worked within a secondary school environment and has the ability to communicate effectively to a range of people including staff, students, and parents. The successful candidate would be required to start at 7:00am.
