What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an exciting opportunity to add to our vibrant central team, a diligent, accurate and effective Coordinator to support the Tove Learning Trust (TLT) with the development of our school estates and operational management. TLT is a multi-academy trust with a small central structure and a large amount of autonomy granted to its constituent schools, however the growth of the trust necessitates some centralised systems including asset and site data management.
The Trust currently has 15 schools, including a central base at one of the schools. The TLT Estates and Assets Manager (EASM) will oversee all statutory responsibilities relating to the operation, development and strategy of the estates using information collated and provided by this role. There is a central site software solution and outsourced access to H&S professionals.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in the educational sector and be able to meet the essential aspects of the person specification.
What you’ll bring:
• Previous experience in a senior administrative role, preferably with complimentary property management, health & safety, school / education experience or other directly relevant environment
• Be self motivated with a desire to learn and develop new systems and help implement them across the trust
• Able to work with all levels including schools, the Trust management team and Board, adapting content and management style to meet each audience appropriately.
• Be secure in the data maintenance, management and development of the software and systems relating to compliance and H&S monitoring and reporting, including data input, extraction, reporting and training.
• Experience of tracking and recording of capital projects and grants to facilitate smooth reporting
• Contract management and procurement pathways experience
What the school offers its staff
