What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an outstanding teacher who is committed to enabling learners to achieve our aspirations and best prepare them for life beyond school who can:
Ø Secure and sustain effective teaching and learning throughout the whole phase and assist in evaluating the quality of teaching and standards of pupils’ achievements
Ø Lead the phase’s assessment procedures and policy ensuring that successful strategies for on-going day to day assessment are embedded in teaching sessions
Ø Support class teachers to develop inclusive and community links, as appropriate for pupils within the phase.
Ø Lead, manage and support the development of colleagues through coaching or mentoring
Ø Be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
